I would like to make a suggestion.  It would be nice if there were the option to "sumbit a review on this provider" from a providers profile/review page.  Unless I am blind, that option isn't there, but would be very convenient.  I have noticed several reviews for the same person, all listed separately with different TER id's.  This, infact, happened with one of my reviews, where I did a review of a previously viewed provider, and it showed up by itself, with a different TER id, as opposed to grouped with the other reviews for that person.  Had there been a "submit review on this provider" option I could have simply clicked it and they would have been tied together.

If that is not an option, perhaps an option to list their TER id on the review form itself?  I always end up sending a separate feedback form informing the staff of her ID, but even that doesn't always work, as with my latest review.  Just a suggestion that might make things easier and help prevent multiple profiles/reviews of providers, and could help guarantee that all of said providers reviews get grouped together.  Thanks for your consideration.
