a provider friend of mine does not want to be reviewed or discussed on TER. she is very private and wants to stay that way. In the last few weeks reviews began to appear and she has requested they be removed. Addionally I asked one of the reviewers to request his review be taken down and he made the request but nothing has been done to date.
How should this provider go about requesting the  reviews be removed and to keep from having future commentary posted?

At the same time, She has had a TER VIP member continually send her vulgar and abusive email and text messages.
she abandoned using her email because of the constant obscenities he sends. the guy is total loser and has my friend very upset. Based on the comments and threats she is  afraid of what he might do.
is there anything TER will do about a problem person like this, what advice can i provide her.
thanks for any help

From what I've heard, TER is pretty good about taking down reviews if you so request.

Did she write directly to TER management by going to the "Contact Us" site?

As for the reviewer, they have to ability to remove their reviews.  All reviews become the property of TER.

I hope that she has reported this creep to screen sites like DZ411.  She should additionally set her cell phone, computer, etc. to reject any messages from his numbers and addresses.

I'm not sure that TER can ban the member if he isn't misbehaving on TER itself, but it's worth asking about.

The provider will need to send her request to be delisted to [email protected] from the email address listed on her review profile only.

She will need to include her provider review ID number and user name in the email.

Please note: her user name will be banned from TER per TER policy when her reviews are delisted.
