My suggestion (and I don't believe this is an option in the current search capability) is to be able to choose multiple characteristics in the provider's appearance section. It would be fantastic to be able to sort out a thin, skinny, average, and athletic (excluding flabby, heavy, very fat, etc.) provider who are either blonde or redheads, and who are White or Asian alone. As it now stands I have to search each provider option (thin, skinny) and blonde, redhead, etc. while sorting out the appearances that I don't personally care for in a provider in the search results.

Just a thought.
