I would like to see TER add a "REPORT THIS POST" button at the bottom of every post. It is clear after a few weeks of automatic mandatory moderation that some posts with personal information are getting past the moderating crew. I realize that no system is fool proof but this is NOT a good situation. There needs to be a system in place where readers can report a post to staff in order for it to be deleted if it contains inflammatory or personal information about a provider or client. Frankly I don't understand how any post containing real world info on a person would be approved in the first place but if it is going to be this way then we need a back up plan. In this case it is the TER readership.
When I saw your subject line, my first thought was related to Abbie Hoffman's famously titled book, "Steal this Book."
So, if there was a "Report This Post" button, would we have to immediately use it on your original post? Then what would happen to the suggestion that made the button possible? Paradox.
Ok, I think I need to step away from the computer for a bit. But thanks for the convoluted chuckle!
