We should consider allowing providers to comment on their reviews. This would allow direct, simple communication when problems arise, it would allow customers to know which providers are active and willing to make things right when problems arise, it would encourage provider profile ownership and participation, and it would extend an olive branch to providers who might not otherwise want reviews posted because they fell as though they have no recourse if someone is being unfair.

Obviously, viewing said comments should be a VIP feature, and, there should be limits as to what is allowed in said comments to avoid flamewars, and it should require approval to post a comment much like the boards/reviews. It should also be easy to message a provider right from their comment as it is with reviewers.

It is just fundamentally unfair to have one side of the story anymore. Allowing the girls to respond will also keep the reviews a bit more truthful.  

 
If a guy knows a girl can respond, he is MUCH less likely to say he had anal with her, for example, knowing full well she doesn't provide that service. This also helps other guys who may want to see her to provide anal, but see her reply and will move onto a girl who does provide it.  

 
With his new feature installed, unfounded expectations will be lowered and possible disappointments avoided, which would benefit all parties, imo.

 
Now, some here think that a girl will complain about many/most of her reviews and create a chilling effect on guys being able to be forthright. This is a valid concern.

 
The good thing is, there is a down side to that strategy for her. If a girl has a history of responding  and contesting many/most of her reviews, the average guy will think to himself "could all these guys be lying?"

 
Guys will also assess her responses, to see if she handles herself professionally while doing so, and that is a further glimpse into personality as well, which to me, is always a good thing and a big help in my decision making.

 
Let's face some facts. Society has changed DRASTICALLY in the last 2 years. We have had a concurrence of events with the implementation of Sesta/Fosta and the ramifications of such (i.e. TER and other sites like it essentially going offline because of the new legislation) and let's not forget the #metoo movement and its effect on sex and women's view of men in general.

 
Girls in the biz I know well, and that are really good people, would like to be able to come back to TER or come here for the first time, but they won't because they view TER as a cesspool of misogyny.  

 
SM has allowed them to bandy together in a way not possible just a few years ago. They have learned to provide and thrive without TER.  

 
I just think we should offer an olive branch to them rather than say "dont let the door hit you on the way out" attitude I think TER has shown them previously.  

 
We might be surprised how quickly TER's bad rep with many women would change as news of a kinder gentler TER would spread like wildfire.

how do you deal with this issue: the girl simply says the date never happened but she offers no proof? What proof could she offer that would be iron clad? Then can the guy reply?
Saying the date never happened is the easiest way to slam a bad review. In my case, one of my very early reviews was pulled when the girl said the date never happened. She lied because she didn't like the 7/7 I gave her. TER simply accepted her complaint and never even asked me if I could prove the date happened. How would you deal with this?

I have no problem allowing a provider to submit a brief comment on any review I post.
As I have gotten more experience , I learned to try and keep it short and to the point.

At first I wrote reviews that were way to long and detailed.

In the general detail of a review it started with this message.

It'd actually be easier than it is now. If the complaint seems valid, the review score doesn't count but the review, with the comment, stays up. If the complaint doesn't seem valid, the review score counts, and the comment stays up.

 
It'll be real obvious if a provider is only complaining about bad reviews that perhaps the bad reviews are the ones to look at.

I have (and have had) a couple "mainstream" businesses in addition to being a companion.  

Everywhere my customers of those businesses review or comment on a transaction, I can reply to it.    

This shouldn't be any different.  

 

It also might make things easier and simpler for TER if comments/replies were allowed, because then there might be fewer instances where providers must contact TER to dispute a review or its details.  

 

In the past month or so, I've contacted TER Admin three times regarding reviews in which the reviewer entered the wrong date.    
One was pulled, the other had the date changed (TER goofed that up but I decided to let it go) and the third is new and I just contacted Admin this morning so.... we shall see.

 
If, rather than doing all that,  I could simply respond, "Thank you for your review.  I just want to mention that this date didn't occur in the month stated, as I wasn't available in ____________  during that month.  Thanks again!"  ..... it would save both myself and TER Admin some time & energy.
