It would be helpful if TER could email providers when a new review of us is posted on the site and/or indicate this with a message when we log in. This would help us keep track of new reviews that have been posted, which are not only interesting to read but also have a substantial impact on our businesses.

I like this idea. Similar to how there is an email indicator, there could be a review indicator. EOM

If you go to your review page, do providers not have the "add to favorites" box @ the top? If.....

...you do, click & add it. every time you get a new review, you get a email notification & link back to it...
