TER should have a providers and hobbyist board for DNS list.

DNS list for the ladies should consist of No calls, No shows, Time wasters, price negotiators, phony money, inaccurate donations left, violence, disrespect and phony references.

DNS list for gents should consist of No calls, No shows, inaccurate pics, cash & dashers and Upselling

If anyone else can think of reasons to be added to a DNS list please add it
