I brought this up on the NYC board and got some positive feedback.  Taking a cue from eBay when the reviewer handles are displayed in a provider profile, also list their review count.  For example:

  anicejohn(71)
  smelly(5)
  etc.

That way without clicking through to each reviewers list of reviews, you could look over the list of reviewers and get a better picture of the crediblility.

If so desired, this could be a vip-only feature.  It could also display review count and whitelist count:

  anicejohn(71/5)

This suggestion came up in context of exposing potential shill reviews.  You may well see a provider profile with 10 solid reviews, but each "reviewer" may only have one or two reviews.
