More than once, I've composed a great (in my mind!) post, only to fumble-finger the "post message" button on my tablet and hit "clear" instead.  Poof!  The post is gone. Could there be a confirmation prompt for unrecoverable actions like "clear", or at least move the "post message" and "clear" buttons further apart?

I never used the clear button, on purpose or by accident, but this sounds like a good idea. I'm sure I'll do the same thing eventually.

Stuff like this, along with lost connections and login timeouts is why I always put stuff on the clipboard before I hit send/submit on any PM, email, post, review. That's if I didn't write it in another program where it's saved anyway. Just remember to cover your tracks.
