you really should allow hobbyists to report NCNS providers in their regular reviews, it is getting to be a real problem here in phx as I suspect in other regions as well

this site should represent positive and informative reviews..ncns happens all the time..there is enough negativity now without overwhelming us with it..

That's the best that can be done. It is unlikely that there will ever be a NCNS as part of the review process.

and if you are overwhelmed by the negativity then you will just have to whine and white knight a little more.

It is a big gap -- I had repeated problems in Phoenix as well, but with multiple providers.  Our local review board has no-show reviews and it s VERY valuable.
