How about a section of the provider profile that would give the providers averages for her looks and performance?  Another area with a frequency distribution of the numbers for looks and performance would be helpful as well that way you can tell at a glance to the frequency graph if just a few times she was a 3 or 2 and the majority of time she was 8 and 9
As for the INFO it would be nice if the areas like CIM where not just the first review but what the majority of reviewers responded.

If you can understand the meanings of the averages and distributions, then you can do the analysis in your head.

From a statistical point of view, the analysis would be a waste of time.
Consider: If there are less then n=30 reviews, then the sample is too small; if there are more, obviously she is doing something right. Also the observations are not independent; her performance and appearance will change over time.
