It would be nice to have an "Available Now" advertising section for providers who are online or available now.
Not only would it be convenient for clients to find providers if looking to schedule last minute,  
it would also be nice to have another form of advertising for providers.  

Providers are allowed to advertise Once every 7 days, personally I wish providers were allowed to advertise Once a day.  

P411 has an available now advertising option, which is extremely helpful, but most of my clients come from TER.
P411 also has an option for Clients to request an appointment, which i find to be very helpful.  
Clients who contact me from TER typically contact via text message to schedule an appointment, which is fine but it makes the screening/verification process a little harder.
