There are a total of 45 posts hanging there. If it was a question of maintaining the archive, they could write a script to change the appropriate labels and tags and move them to the "Other Cities" ad board. . Heck ... 45 posts? It would be faster and easier to move them by editing manually.

The next "newest" ad is from nine months ago. And, if you go to the bottom of the page, the last nine ads are from five years ago. I agree with sauce it wouldn't save much server space but the main issue to me is TER should be embarrassed to have an Ad page like this.
