I had it temporarily taken down due to a scare with a family member.  I emailed staff to let them know it is safe to put my profile and reviews back up.  Am I contacting the right person?  It's been several days and I have gotten no response.

I just clicked the "See my TER reviews" next to your user name, and your profile, and 3 pages of reviews appeared.  Looks like you contacted the right person.
