I have rather bitchy providers threatening to post false statements on the provider board. They can see our posts and reviews but we can't see what they're posting, so we can dispute or have them removed. You should require substatiation prior to posting negative remarks about hobbiests.
There is a lot of discussion about how unfair it can be, and especially if some guy's personal info is outted.
On the other hand, these boards serve a very necessary funtion to keep providers safe, and in plain fact, they are not going to go away, no matter how much is said or done.
If it is any consolation, many providers disregard the rantings of those providers who are known to post false information in an attempt to get back at someone, or ever to try and prevent other escorts from "stealing" their client from them.
The best advice regarding these boards is to keep your behavior squeeky clean, so that no matter what, there will be a sizable number of providers who will vouch for you, no matter what some others might say.
Who decides policy at TER, and can this issue be brought to them? It's ridiculously unfair and unjust to allow them to post anything with no moderation in anyway. We get screwed over and our posts get disallowed if we tell. I've traveled many miles just to be stood up, NCNS, no answer phone. Since we haven't seen them we're not allowed to write a review, allowing unhappy providers to post anything they wish with no moderation is beyone wrong. Counting on other providers to ignore their posts is also ridiculous.
See top quality providers who are known to act professionally , don't cause drama and you shouldn't have this problem. Interesting you have written only 2 reviews, are you having issues with providers already? Many hobbyists have been at this a long time and have had no issues. However, NCNS is always an issue no matter how long you've been hobbying. BTW it takes 10 reviews to be allowed into the RO board.
Per the rules of TER, no hobbyists personal information is allowed to be posted on the PO board.

There is no controlling the back-channel of information sharing thought, by providers or hobbyists. So, it's best to play nice and try to nicely resolve any disputes you may have with those swimming in this pool.
