Many of the regional/city boards are for the entire state - like Florida.  Its a big state and whether you are in Miami vs Tampa makes a big difference.    
   
 TER needs to institute a policy for these state-wide boards that an ad MUST have the city or area named in the ad, preferably in the title line if not in the text itself.  Many do not even have their location in the text body, necessitating viewing their profile, web-site, or reviews.  And even those can be unclear especially if its a visiting provider.
