Put together some info and a link about references and verification services, there seems to be a question on the newbie board  just about every single day.

Also an item about using the search function? Perhaps just a heading on the newbie board suggesting its use, as it seems more than ever the same questions are being asked over and over. I realize it may just be my perception, but still doesn't it make sense to encourage newbies to help themselves whenever possible?

Last but not least, what's up with "New!!!  Provider Relations 101"? Still a coming attraction?

I agree about adding verification service info and how to use the search. Though it occurs to me most would know how to use search but are of a nature to just ask. We don't have a clue about how many do search. They are not likely to ask questions or the ones they do ask are not the most frequent ones.
