1) Search field for prostate massage
2) Ability to select multiple criteria at once. For example, under ethinicity if I like Baltic or Russian providers (but no others), I can do it with one search.  Another example would be to select both yes-spit and yes-swallow under CIM all in one search.
3) The ability to go from review to review for the same provider without backing out each time.  "Next review", "previous review" and "back arrow/links would be great.
