Time magazine's top 25 sports movies

Of the titles listed "Raging Bull" "Bull Durham"
"Big Lebowski" & "The Hustler" are my favorites.
Strangely enough, an excellent football movie
"North Dallas 40" ( 1979 ), was omitted. If you feel titles were omitted, add your own choices.

Unless you think it's about bowling?  Of course, it's really about weed.  lol!  Anyway, I nominate "The Natural," even though its ending is a copout compared to the book.  Still, it's a beautiful elegy to baseball.

Just a few not already mentioned ...

The Sandlot - to me, one of the best baseball movie made.  As corny as it seems, it captures exactly what Summers should be about for boys growing up.

Miracle - Kurt Russell is fantastic as Herb Brooks.

Bad News Bears - a classic
