I do watch the NFL, but there is nothing that compares to college football. Name me another sport where 100K people show up for spring practice?

Let's cut to the chase and get to some football already! My dish is lame without Sunday Ticket!

my college days. Hot chicks, even back then, beer parties, college football, tailgating. I'm a PAC 10 graduate, but I do have to give it up to some of the SEC schools and their cheerleaders. Tennessee came out west last year, and some of those girls were just as cute as some of my Bruin girls. I need to ask my ATF if she has a cheerleader outfit.

The differences in speed, size, talent to when I played 30+ years ago is amazing. I remember our old offense line weighed in around 210 back then. Now they average around 275 lbs. I think I weighed 160 dripping wet playing DB. Today's kids are being groomed for college.

a game on Friday night and watching the enthusiasm of the players, cheerleaders and fans. High school coaches can be a trip too!

more fun to watch than the NFL, IMHO.  The NFL is purely a TV game.  I'm a Big Ten guy, and going to one of those giant Big Ten stadiums on a beautiful fall day is a thing to behold.  The bands, the color, the excitement, the tailgates - the NFL simply can't compete with that.  I'm sure it's true of other college conferences as well!
