Congratulations to the Duke lacrosse team for winning the national championship over Notre Dame, 6-5 in overtime. The team has now come full circle from the nightmare of 4 years ago.

Has it been four years already?

That story just seemed to go away.

I love watching the final four in NCAA lax but missed it this year. The only highlight I saw was the OT winner.
At that level of play lacrosse is a wonderful game to watch.

Don't know that, since I didn't watch the game. I just saw the hi-lites this morning.

This national championship couldn't be sweeter-vindication for the program and now the best in the land-and to the 88 Elitist Sewage Duke Academic Maggots who originally rushed to judgment on the false rape case, condemning the boys, finding them guilty and even deliberately failing some merely because they were on the Lacross team---FUCK YOU!!!! They did their best to destroy those boys lives-What pieces of shit!
OK...now I feel better...
On a lighter note, a buddy's wife, who is sweet but quite naive, during the initial controversy asked him-'Who is this guy Duke LaCross? Seems like everyone is saying bad things about him.'

You guys missed it!!!!! Tied at 5 at the end of regulation, Duke won the face off and the kid took it straight up the middle and fired it from about 15 yards or so right past the goalie's head for a winner. The whole OT took less than 10 seconds. I was watching it with my nephew and he loves to play.

games -Duke won this year with limited talent, TWO MANY WHITE BOYS, AND ZOUBEK -  and next year they are LOADED.
