Very sad....

...I know we never agree, but what is happening in the NFL is sad.  A few years back, I was very involved with a gentleman (front office), of an NFL team, and have seen first hand how influenced young players can be.   These young men come in with only a few hours of how to handle media, finances, social skills, women, etc.

I am not sure what can be put in place to make these instances, less likely.

Hugs and Kisses,

does. I wish I knew the answer. If they are willing to keep their egos in check and listen, there is plenty of help available out there. But the thing is that instant fame inflates their egos beyond belief.

Perhaps help from their peers and be the answer. These kids, and kids in general, will listen more if advised by their peer group than by a family member or professional mentor.  I know, I used to be that way too when I was their age.

Nothing is more sad than rags to riches -back to rags story...

The ones who get that pay check and then play gangster. Dudes making millions to play a game and still getting busted for trafficking drugs or doing the Vick thing .

How could a team mate kill another one?
They can afford a taxi service for the night
