Congratulations to LaRussa for winning his 2,500th game this afternoon, only the third to reach that number (Connie Mack and John McGraw are the other two). Along with Bobby Cox, LaRussa seems to consistently get the most out of his teams year after year and always seems to go deep in the playoffs.
