I am grateful that I went to a pumkin carving party today instad of wasting my time on football, drank entirely too much and thankfully taped the game therefore I was able to fast forward through it making it much less painless to watch.

I am grateful that the Cowboys will NOT be in the Super Bowl thus doubling my earning potential during that week with men traveling to Dallas rather than those already living there and sneaking away for just game day. lol

I am grateful that the Rangers won game 2 at home and Cliff Lee is pitching game 3 so it should at least be a 2 win advantage.

I am grateful that my boyfriend Jason Werth's team kicked ass tonight.

I am grateful that Brett Favre won because I love him....sorry Jason you must share.

Hmm ok that's about it because all of my divisional teams won today so that sucks.

What I am not grateful for.....is the headache I am going to have in the morning from drinking wayyyy too much beer while carving pumpkins today! Ouch!  Oh yes my skeleton head kicks ass! lol

IT'S NOT FREAKING WORKING!  What the hell Cowboys? Seriously?  WTF is happening? What's with all the penalities?  You guys are killing your own damn selves with no help from anyone else.  I think it is time to start rooting for the two teams who will bring the best spectators to the Big d...who has all the big spenders? ...I LOVED your post:  it was a combination of Thanksgiving -- what with all your thanks; a foreshadowing of Halloween -- what with your pumpkin artistry; and a belated Oktoberfest -- what with all the beer and all.  Drink lots of water and open the windows for fresh air.  Also eat lots of greasy food...you should not then incur a headache.

I'd seen your posts about; I sometimes come to this board hoping to find a footie follower or two.  (That's soccer...yes, I know.)

Thank you for a wonderful post!  I can empathise with many of your points...but saying you'd "wasted time" might be a bit harsh, no?  I get it though...but I watch the things that bring me pain, as anyone who saw United / West Brom would know.
