the team to beat earlier in the season, but they shot themselves in the foot-too many TO's and messed up plays-I personally think Coughlin is a terrific coach and lack of execution on the part of a no. of players-punter esp., RB fumbles, dropped passes by receivers and Eli's interceptions, could cost Coughlin his job-Smith being out didn't help-I wish Coughlin and your Giants the best next year,,,,,,,,,,,,,BUT NOT THE YANKEES! LOL  1rob....hope your holidays were great.....OUT    8-)

They made more turnovers then the local bakery.
I heard a few stats on fox where the GIANTS led the league in one or two areas, however if you do not get to the playoffs and the big game it means nothing.

There were some (not enough) games they were really good, but others they really sucked.

I guess 10 - 6 is respectable for not making the platoffs, but they did not make the playoffs which is of course the goal.

Oh well

ESPN just reported that the Giants' owner has said that Coughlin will be back next year.

Tom is a good coach, and there is only so much he can do so much. The players have to step up and get it done on the field.
