Nebraska, Ohio State and Penn State all lost, and Michigan State is in their 3rd overtime against Georgia. It's especially bad for Penn State because the entire coaching staff will probably be let go. Can't see any holdovers from the Paterno area coming back.

just cared about wins and nothing else. that crap doesn't sit well with me.

I would venture a guess that there are still a lot of people who worship him. It's really sad that he is having to fight cancer on top of everything else.

Wisconsin had their chances but didn't capitalize on them. the Big Ten once again had a bad bowl season.

the big 10 (with 12 teams) got two BCS bowl slots was because of the collapse of Houston, the 2 team rule (SEC = Alabama and LSU, PAC12 = Oregon and Stanford, ACC = Clemson and Va. Tech, Big 12 only had OK State with Texas and Oklamhoma both with 3 losses, and the big east only has one at best decent team = W. Va which is moving to the big 12).  There are 12 BCS slots to fill.

Mich. State should have been in the Sugar Bowl; afterall, they were the big 10 runner-up.
