If you remember from several years ago, the deep post season was a time when certain players and current Hall of Famers regurgitated frequently. In fact it was a ritual of one of the greatest players of all time. The next time that you are doing sessions in Mercer Island ask Bill Russell what he did frequently before a big playoff game. In fact Auerbach encouraged him to regurgitate before some monumental games as well in enroute to his 11 Championship rings.
