On a very related note, I miss Jon Miller and Joe Morgan. It's not the same without hearing Miller mispronounce every Hispanic name and Morgan being completely unable to shut up about the Reds.Hi everybody!

I liked when miller used to say it's a double play!
They could have at least got Chris Berman, the guys they have now are terrible.
I guess some of his sound bites can be annoying, but he's one of the best in the business if you ask me.
The soundbites never bothered me other than BACKBACKBACKBACKBACK - the problem though is that I can't ever pay attention to what he's saying, because all I can do is try and work out what his voice reminds me of, or how it came to be. I don't have this with anyone else I can think of, it's literally just him and his voice.
He sounds like he's in the process of having a bandaid removed at all times and is trying desperately not to scream in pain, or he's straining to force out that one last bowel movement that he shouldn't, or something. I really can't put my finger on it at all - which is almost entirely the problem I have with Berman!
He would analyze routine ground balls to death!
