Hi everybody!
The TER sports board competitions are back! This time around we have March Madness, and the format we're going to go by is slightly different - this time around, you're going to pick who makes it through the SECOND ROUND. Now, that means that this first competition in particular is going to be quite unwieldy as there are 16 teams to pick from 64 and not much time to do it in, but trust me, the prizes will be worth it - make your picks BEFORE NOON EASTERN ON THURSDAY (there will be NO leeway given here as one of the games tips off at 12.15; you have been warned!), every correct pick will earn you 2 VIP days, and whoever gets the most correct will get a bonus 10. That's a lot of days to be earned (and a lot of work for me to do, but you guys and girls are worth it lol)!
Because there are a LOT of games for me to check, can I please ask you to copy/paste the below and name your winners after each game, and then your second round winner. For example:
1. Kansas vs 16. Austin Peay (3/17, 4pm) - KANSAS
8. Colorado vs 9. Connecticut (3/17, 1.30pm) - COLORADO
KANSAS OVER COLORADO
We're also not doing anything for the First Four. If you want to make your picks before those games are completed you are welcome to; if you pick a team that loses in the First Four, I will take the team that beat them as your pick, e.g. you pick Vanderbilt over Arizona but Wichita State beats Vanderbilt, Wichita State becomes your pick.
So, just to recap; pick the winners of each game and the pick the winner from the resulting second round game, 2 days for everyone of those you get, bonus 10 for whoever gets the most.
So, your games (all times are Eastern, please copy/paste this for your picks):

If I missed anything, please let me know as soon as possible as I will freely admit to not being the biggest college basketball guy. I know it's a lot of picks to make and not a lot of time to pick them, but take that up with the way the NCAA schedules the tournament, not me! Enjoy the tournament everybody, and as always, good luck!
