I will give them a break on the weather but NFL still seemed unprepared.

More focused on making money rather than getting things right.

but a FAR CRY from Carrie Underwood last year. I'm still stiff thinking about her. Wish she'd change her name to Carrie UnderOSP. LOL

Apparently she doesnt know the national anthem.  This might belong on politics and religion board but it occured at the biggest televised sports event we have in the US.  Call me crazy but I think its a total disrespect to our country.

It could happen to anybody.  Think about it.  Over 100,000 people in the stadium.  Millions and millions watching on TV.  Talk about pressure.  That's even tougher than a kicker trying a 30-yard field goal.

fiasco in San Diego several years ago, but it shows total lack of preparation on the entertainer's part. A better idea would be having the choir/chorus from one of the service academies perform the Anthem, and rotate it every year. I attended the Naval Academy graduation last year and the performance by the Academy band/chorus almost brought me to tears.

She didn't know the words and she couldn't sing the ones she knew. Then they follow that up with a miserable half time show. But it was a good game.

Rather than paying these high-priced entertainers to come in and give sucky shows, why not have college/high school marching bands do the halftime entertainment. They sure couldn't do any worse than some of the clowns that have "performed."

They just get their expenses paid though even that was too much.  The seat fiasco was awful the NFL is giving them 2400 dollars and inviting them to be guests at next years superbowl.  Please what kind of a deal is that these people are out big bucks and like what are the odds that their team will be back next year.
