The Rangers did turn a great DP earlier in the game and had a great forceout, backhanded glove flip by Elvis to Kinsler, to get Garcia earlier as well.  Another runner other than the pitcher would have been safe at 2nd.

Last night was thrilling baseball. I hope it strays this way for 7 games.

a little less here. The Cards needed to win last night and go to Texas 2 - 0, not 1 - 1. Damnit if Texas is going to win this thing I really need the Cowboys to win Sunday along with several other NFL teams to get back to even or a little bit behind.
