I was watching an array(what a wonderful ife.lol)of games this past week and i remember seeing a lineman do his DANCE after a sack. Wat too much imature arrogance abounds.

Man what happened to the Cardinals??  Wasn't this the team that played so well that they were in the Super Bowl??  The way they played on Monday night football was embarrassing to say the least.

Even the sportscasters made fun of them during the broadcast.  The QB Derek Anderson was spotted near the end of the game smiling/laughing with another player.  When asked about it at the press conference afterwards Derek just lost it.

Someone needs to teach these KIDS some manners, life lessons and most importantly....how to play football.

Rant over.

league, IMHO, and he has little to smile or laugh about on the bench when his team is getting their ass kicked-He got called on it and lost what little composure he possesses-a true winner doesn't find anything funny when his squad is getting their butts handed to them-
Re the Cards fall, certainly losing Warner and his leadership and Bolden are two factors-
Back to DA-an attitude like his doesn't warrant a starter's position in the Arena League-maybe he'll improve, but I ain't betting the ranch on it-1rob

We are fans, well some of you are of the Cards and I know how you feel but I would like to point out a few facts you may not be aware of.

Sometime ago I attended a game in LA between the LA Rams and Denver. It was late in the season, the Rams or Lambs as we called them in those days had a chance to go the super bowl. They needed to win. Now on this day I was actually on the sidelines with the players. I could roam up and down the lines and listen to their banter.

It went something like this:

Damn Elway is killing us. Yea, son of a bitches haven't got a chance of making the playoffs and they are going to knock us out. Cheer up, mother fuckers in the stands paid a fortune to watch us loose. We got in for free and have the best seats in the house. Too bad we can't have a beer and hotdog.  All said by players.

It's their job dear and some day it just doesn't go as planned. But there not fans, there players and look at the game in a completely different light.

After the game I was waiting at the team entrance and the Rams and Bronco's were leaving. They were laughing, talking about plays, shaking hands.

Elway signed a football for me and asked if I was a Bronco fan. I said no, "I'm a Chiefs fan."

He looked at me and said we beat the Chiefs twice this year. Why do you want my autograph? I smiled and said. "So I can piss on it every morning."

He got on the bus, the Lambs didn't make it. The Chiefs 1 slot out of the celler, Bronco not much better.

Years later I was happy when Elway won his Super Bowl. Son of a Bitch beat the Chiefs twice that year I think.

It is COMPLETELY unfair to flash to the sideline for 5 seconds during a 4 hour game, see a player smiling or laughing and then draw the conclusion that he doesnt care about the game or the outcome. I know we live in a video/You-Tube world, but really, come on. Cardinal fans were obviously annoyed at their team's dismal showing on Monday night (and for that matter the entire season) and saw their QB smiling for a moment and became enraged. Based on his laughing, they then drew the conclusion that Anderson doesnt care, or he wasn't prepared to play. Ludicrous. I have also heard comments from fans this week that Peyton or Brady would never laugh on the sideline during a blowout loss. REALLY? Are you watching them non-stop for 4 hours on the sideline? Exactly, when the camera is not on, no one knows what takes place. I am sure EVERY PLAYER has enjoyed a moment or two of levity on the sideline when they are getting blown out...it's luck of the draw if the camera was on them.

Now, could Anderson have handled the press conference differently? Of course. But I don't blame him for his anger because the reporter's question implies that Anderson did not care about the game. And that is simply not true.

Cardinal or Anderson fan but the media needs to learn when to STFU.  What was the reporter doing watching the game on TV ("the cameras caught you laughing") when he should have been in the pressbox watching the game on the field or stuffing his fat face at the buffet?

he got exactly the reaction he was looking for.  Hell, people smile in tense and down situations all the time, especially when someone is trying to loosen them up and bring them back to reality.

I would have done the same thing Anderson did, but even louder and in more profane language.

The reporter acted like a dickhead, which, unfortunately, is a common thing in today's world of journalism.

I know we suck, but to lose to UCLA. What really pisses me off is our lousy recruiting. It's one thing to lose local talent to USC, but losing talent to just about every PAC-10 team. Ryan Katz was raised about 4 miles from UCLA.

Let me know when and where I can collect my winnings (lol)

Don't you have a heart? Good call on BAC, by the way. I'll give you that drink. How does Hemlock, sound? LOl. Just kidding. UCLA did better than I thought they would this year. Boy! Stanford looked good. Andrew Luck looked liked a number one draft choice. The Cardinal defensive line was impenetrable (forgive spelling). They are going to shred TCU and their pretty cheerleaders will be crying.
