Man I want a Rangers/Phillies World Series!

Well Texas is UP 3 -2 on home field so that is good.  Phillies have a chance with home field advantage and I just wish they could pitch Lee again and tie it all up with a neat little bow and say buh-bye to those pesky little nats.  I want the Phillies and the Rangers and I think it would be a fantastic series that would go 7 games and be amazing.  Not to mention I could see BOTH my bf's Jason and Josh together in one fell swoop.  Orgasmic! lol

Rangers need to win tomorrow or my visitng gf's will kill me.  They are already none too happy that we have to go sit and watch bb for 3 hours plus tomorrow night but I gave them the either or speech.  Unfortunatley it will get a little harder with saturday if I want to watch 7 hours of bb which I don't think they are going to go for. Plus I have mOnday night football I have to watch oh the horror. Damn it I wish I would have thought about all this when scheduling their visit.

He was the final nail in the coffin and I just love how non-chelant he is (Sorry don't feel like looking up the correct spelling but you get my drift).  Rangers and Phillies all the way!

another one of those damn disappointing sporting events.

This is all even I think. Yea I know it's 3-2 in both ALCS and NLCS. Here is how I figure. The next game is on home fields with both teams down one game. This has to be an advantage.
I'm just barley over the Yanks coming from behind those 5 runs and Philly is killing me with these 1 run games.  I damn near called 911 in the top of the 6th last night and tonight wasn't much better.

I have seen some outstanding defense, starting pitching, middle relief and closing pitching not to mention great hitting and it's getting so I can't remember which team did what. Hell they all did.

I remember when I was a kid watching the World Series and Cincinnati was playing Boston. I wanted the Reds to win because of Bench. Every game was a great game and Boston kept battling back. Boston of course were the underdogs. The Reds won in the 7th and a win never tasted so bad. I think I felt worse for Boston than I was glad for the Reds. It was  a prelude to the 1980 Borg-McEnroe tie breaker. I of course was for McEnroe. When it was all over I forgot who I was wanted to win. Today I would have to google to find out who won.

I sure hope these playoff aren't that way. Right now I'm greedy and want Texas to win in the AL and Philly in the NL but if it keep going like this it's could get to be Reds-Boston,  Borg-McEnroe all over again. Kind of takes the fun out of it, all that's left is the disappointment for the looser.
Damn why couldn't they win in  4 games. Yea, I know I said I wanted the playoff and World Series to all go 7 games.  Can't a guy a lie once in a while.

Dear Ms. Prescott:
I was wondering since you such an avid sports fan, what would be you favorite sport? Who would be your favorite athlete and why? Also would you say that since your a provider that it would be a natural ice breaker to discuss that with you clients that would be sports fans. Also would you have many encounters since you are a multiple hour provider, that would include activities such as going to sporting events? Also if you had to have dinner with an athlete who would it be and what would the conversation be?

So here what you do. Snap a few pictures of the girl(s), you know, tell them it's for memories and throw a post or two on Backpage at say $150 an hour. That ought to keep them busy for a while if there so inclined. If there not well, just think of the fun you could have between innings.

Texas is at a critical junction in their history. They fucked up the Alamo, lost in the Civil War and haven't fared well in March Madness in quite some time. You can't be letting the side down at this point.

I mean their one game away, one game. I would be saying this even if I was a Yankee fan. There is a limit to what you can do for out of town'ers, I know. You got any idea how many time I've seen the fucking Grand Canyon. But never during the playoffs.

Now I figure you can have a few hours of bonding sometime Sunday and most of Monday. And to tell you the truth Monday night might be  a little rough. The NYG crowd stands a pretty good chance of  beating the Cowboys. No, I mean ending all hope of playoffs, end of the line.

So you may be left with only the fond memories of your Texas Rangers winning to carry you thru to Spring Training, and that's not in the bag quite yet. You better have your legs crossed, lucky charm in hand, baseball cap on straight. Don't screw this up.

If nothing else think of me. If SF wins and Texas loses  then what am I goanna do. You'll have your girlfriends to drink with. I'm left with anybody but the Giants and my ATF doesn't know spit about baseball.
