Easy way out of this. . .

The ratings are good, fans still go to the game and that won't change.

However; IF fans refused to buy Jerseys, Hat, and Mugs at the NFL store at the games, cut way back on the Beer and food, and let the NFL know why, things would change pretty fast.

This is so sad how the NFL can be a multi BILLION dollar corporation and cant get better than what they have on the field officiating games. It's bad enuf when they blow one call but its like they purposely blow another call to make it even, which only makes things worse in the game.

these guys are clueless..wrong calls..no calls..you know the players and coaches are exasperated..it will cost someone dearly..unfortunately ..it is us fans who suffer the most..

the owners don't give a fuck, TV ratings are still high, fans attend games and the game is still making BILLIONS for the owners.    For me, I wish the players would strike (cuz of the poor quality of officiating), then the owners would start losing money........

I say fuck the owners!!!!!!!

I felt that way last night after watching the last minute of the GB game.
I did not catch the last play of the NE game until this morning when I saw the ridiculous call to end that one.
I could ref better. I can tell if a ball goes through the uprights, I can tell if a ball is intercepted. I don't know how you can miss this. I was thinking if I were a player I would be so pissed. I would boycott.

my team sucks. these refs might actually win us a few extra games. once again, if you dont like it, dont watch it. nobody is gonna care. BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS. they didnt get there without losing a few fans along the way

it's not about the Packers losing the game!   It's about the game of Football.  

Question for you:  take a look at the first three weeks of the season (all games), how many blown calls, coaches upset, players NOT respecting the officials?  

This NFL= Not for Long......

Yes a Packer fan here, BUT a bigger NFL fan....  see above???

lets break this down for a second, shall we. since im "clueless", you must be all knowing, so this shouldnt come as news to you, but, ummm.....REFS HAVE ALWAYS SUCKED. they blow calls in the local HS games, on NCAA games and the NFL games too. Ed Hochuli changes the rules every time he steps on a field. football officials are easily worse than basketball and baseball ones. i will 100% admit that the first 3 weeks have been hard to watch, but NOT because of the blown calls, ive been used to that for over a decade. its the inconsistant way the flags are being thrown that kills me. offsides flags not being thrown until the play is over, hand checking being called PI but a blatant push in the defenders back not being called PI. that is the real problem. the respect is an issue too, but thats because these refs are hesitating to send someone to the showers early ( see mike wallace shove the ref out of his way week 2 vs. NYJ).

and on a side note, it kinda IS about who lost the game. if GB had won in that fashion, everyone would appluad Fraudgers and his WR for going hard until 00:00 showed on the clock. the NFL is all about who is popular, and GB is. thats why its a big deal. controversy has ALWAYS been in spots. i believe franco haris scored a pretty controversial td to win a game once, right? to this day, many swear that ball wasnt caught. and REAL REFS were in charge. take the easy way out and say its the refs, its the game. always has been, always will be.
