The Saints looked dead for the first three quarters but it looks like they finally decide to get serious

Been a fan for a long time and go back to N'awlins as often as I can but the team has a history of disappointing the fans.  Would love to see then go 16 and 0 but as much as I like em, I just don't have the confidence in them that they can pull it off.  ast couple of games it seems they really tried to lose those.

Kind of sad for the Cowboys to have the Saints play that poorly and still win by only 7.

Actually I don't think they played poorly.  I think Dallas's defense finally came to play and that stopped a lot of what they tried to do.  

Sometimes teams have bad days, but what about when the Saints only beat the deadskins by 3 points??  Didn't hear about the Saints playing poorly then.  I think the Saints have to much hype although a great team.

Dude, I have to agree with Tash on this.  Saints were 13-0.  Dallas did SOMETHING right to contribute to the Saints starting out so poorly (they had 3 points starting the fourth quarter) and never getting in a real groove.  They have been behind and scored over 20 in a quarter and 36 in the second half to win.  They waxed New England a few weeks ago, and no matter what anyone says, that isn't easy.

The truth is Dallas played to their potential today, and that is what makes them so FUCKING FRUSTRATING!  They play like pussies two weeks in a row and then pull this off.  

Would really be nice if they could be consistent.

I grow increasingly tired of teams(or their fans)declaring themselves 'America's team'.

I heard, the season ain't over yet!  You guys are amazing - the Cowboys win a game and you go berserk!  I will admit that beating the Saints this year is a major accomplishment, but hell, that stuff always happens in the NFL.

the Cowboys except the locals in Dallas and perhaps a few other lost souls scattered around the country.  Face it, it's EXTREMELY hard to like anything associated with that slimeball Jerry Jones!

And my only point, if you pay attention to my post, is that regardless of the head to head record, that for at least one more week, the Boys have a better record still.

As for what happens at the end of the season...depends on which Cowboys team shows up, but that is why I admittedly don't count on them.

And as for going berserk...uh, excuse me, can we talk about the Cowboys haters on here?  We don't dogpile on threads about how much we hate the Giants...

you DO go berserk every time I comment on hating the Cowboys (I speak for many on this board).  Frankly, neither the Giants nor the Cowboys (if either gets to the playoffs) will go far in the playoffs.  You can say whatever you want about the Giants- no Giants fan could possibly care what a Cowboy fan thinks of them.  Like it or not, the Cowboys reflect the image of their owner, who is a complete asshole.  Does he make you proud that you're a Cowboy fan?

Oh and we aren't talking about the Giants.  We are talking about the Cowboys and the Saints.  And whether or not the Giants beat us twice or not, we still have the better record  Oh and news flash, no Cowboys fan is caring what some Giants fan is thinking either, because we know they are all just pissed off that 'their g-man' are sucking ass this season.

BTW, I can't stand Al Davis, but I kinda like the Raiders.  Indeed, I used to like the Cowboys when they had Roger Staubach (a real class guy), but those days are now ancient.  

But something else needs to be said here.  Whenever the Cowboys win, their fans here on this board are whooping and yelling like it's the greatest thing in the world, but when they lose - nada.  Go back and look at my past posts, and you will discover that I've criticized the Giants when they've stunk.  Sorry to say this, but most Cowboy fans seem (to me and others) to be fair-weather fans (just like USC fans), and when someone says that they hate the Cowboys, their fans go apeshit.  Criticize the Giants all you want - please, feel free to do so - because Giant fans really don't give a shit!

Cowboy fans don't give a shit either lol.  We won, we have a better record than anyone in our Division unless the Eagles win this week.  There really is nothing else to discuss.

hatred of the Cowboys stems from all that "America's Team" shit, which was an incredible crock to begin with, and with the advent of Jerry Jones, the image of the Cowboys sunk to "low-class" status.  In my mind, Jerry Jones personifies all that's WRONG with America, and to watch the TV cameras show the disgust on his face after a Cowboys loss is truly an image worth treasuring.

BTW, the latest rumor has Fuckface Jones trying to get Bob Stoops to come coach the Cowboys.  If true, I'm sure Jones will throw tons of money at him, and I think it would be great if Stoops told him where to shove that money!

No the A**hole from Arkansas is trying to hire Mike Shannahan, who happens to be putting a staff together on the sly, because he cannot be hired to a permanent position during the NFL season due to NFL rules!
