Dear Everyone,

It’s been YEARS since my schedule has been as open as it is right now.  The well-known challenges with last-minute scheduling and my often packed and limited schedule are over for now.  I have no travel on my calendar and no absence in sight.

If you have been wondering about checking out the Alice Carroll Experience, but thought that there was NO WAY you could bend your schedule enough to accommodate my available times, then NOW is the time for you!!!!!  Screening is thorough but easy, and the space that I maintain is amongst the safest in Seattle, for that very reason.  

Also, can you believe that this is my 10th year?!?!?!  Yes!  I have been doing this for a while, and the skills I have acquired along the way will blow your mind.  LMAO!  I also feel younger than ever, and LOOK that way too!  (Thanks Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training!  LOL!)  That’s not even to mention that I enjoy my session time more than EVER!  Indeed, there is a certain maturity that comes along with that, beyond acquiring skills, of which I now have many.  It is more of a “comfort” in my skin and an ability to teach and direct that lends itself to that.  Regardless, it’s fun!  (It’s always been fun, but now more than ever—it’s pretty obvious too!)

Anyway, I truly love my Seattle and Capitol Hill and it is a great relief to be around more.  I’ve missed my favorite shops, restaurants, and city vibe, but, most of all, I’ve missed all of you!

Here I am, Seattle, come and get it!

Let’s dive into that rabbit-hole together!  It’s warm, wonderful, and full of delight!
