Just saw an article in a US newspaper about 40 women having disappeared from skid row in Vancouver. Police are starting to admit (now that more than a dozen are gone, geez, slow aren't they?) that it's likely a serial killer. He preys on ladies on the edges, including drug addicts and street walkers. Thought I'd inform the board of this development -- don't know anything more.
