Recommendations on what to see and where to eat in Bellevue

So what are the best places to eat, shop and must see sites in Bellevue /Seattle?
Looks like I will have time to venture out and hit some good food, fun and maybe a little shopping this week.
Maybe some hidden gems, not just tourist stuff....

In the cooler wetter months it is something interesting you can do. Would avoid during the nice weather. Just my 2 cents.
