We lose thousand of dollars because of this inconsideration. Not only do we lose the money from their comfirmed appt but potential money from other clients we turn down because we have blocked out that time specifically for them.
If you are a paid memeber of TER you could bitch about her on the "reviewer only" area perhaps. However, you don't know why she did not show. It could have been for a reason beyond her control. Try emailing her and see if you can get a reponse. You may be surprised. She may have a good reason and then offer you a discount, if you are willing to reschedule the encounter.

A No Show by either party, more often than not, takes place for illegitimate reasons. I for one would love to have a feature available on TER that lists No Shows both by hobbiests and providers alike. It sure would save a lot of frustration, time and money if we could weed out those individuals who lack the integrity that even these kinds of personal relationships deserve.
