Gentlemen,
 For those of you that didn't know I was a smoker I am admitting is now. As of Mon Feb 14th I have quit. Now I have found that it is a much essayer task if I keep my self busy. The second That I get board is when I start to struggle. So after thinking of way to keep my self extra busy, I have decided to run a Special. $250hr for new friends, and $200hr for repeat friends.  This special will fun until the end of Feb. Wish me luck, and Ill see you soon!

Hi Georgia,

You are in my thoughts.  I don't smoke, but I have lived with it with my parents and sister.  I watched my dad try to quite several times.  My girl friend also quite several times.  I watched my sister die at the age of 51 from it.  Her daughter placed a lighter and a pack of cigarettes in the coffin so that “mom” would never be without her smokes.

I will help you when I am back in Seattle in a couple of weeks.  Idle time and after meals is the hardest times.

Just drop me a line if you need support.

Georgia, I wish you all the best in quitting. I hope next Valentines day I will be giving you a nice reward for quitting for a year.

:)

OH BTW sometimes people eat to substitute for smoking. I know some good exercises to substitute for eating AND smoking.  :)

Just let me know if you need help!  {totally innocent look on my face}
