I was stood up (12/13 - 12/14) with someone when she could not come at my requested time. I thought we had an appointment and no one ever called me as agreed. Then when I tried to contact Alex later and she said to move on..

She said, "We had a problem scheduling last time, we will not be doing business, please move on."

Misunderstanding. Oh well, my loss. ISO of a nice Seattle Spinner.

About two or three years ago I called EB to arrange an appointment (I have excellent references), and from the very first moment I could tell Alex was in a very bad mood.  Things happen and I did not take it personally, but I've been reading more of these types of comments than would be expected.

I was sure it was an off day so I called back a few days later and was given the same kind of attitude, so I shrugged and decided that there was no need for me to reply in kind.  I certainly didn't want to burn any bridges or get a bad rep since I was kind of a newbie to Seatle.  I've heard truly amazingly wonderful things about the girls of EB.  Hey, I hold no grudges, I just thought it was weird, so I called another well known and successful agency & had great success, but after a while I decided that I'd stick to indies.  Agencies keep records and I'm a bit nervous about that.  No disrespect intended.

I absolutely wish Alex and especially the girls of EB wonderful success, but that was too much for me to take.  There's no reason to be unfriendly, but that's just me...I like being pleasant even in the worst circumstances.  Life's to short.

Anyway, give Alex another chance.  I know I would.  I just haven't only because I prefer indie over agency, not that I hold anything against the girls.  It's just a security thing.  I'm sure that Alex is like most of us...we all have off moments in life.

I agree with all of these posts. The ladies of EB are outstanding, I have seen many. Alex runs a tight ship. In my view too tight. She has no tolerance at all for schedule changes. I would think that most guys who use EB are fairly well off. Most have to deal with schedule changes at the whim of thier client for this is how we earn the capital to use EB. Alex has no tolerence at all, It would be great to be able adhere to the 48 hour rule, but sometimes you can not. Point is Alex can be a very nice person when she wants to be. She can also be very difficult. It is the clients choice to use a service, so either we deal with the attitude or move on. While I miss the ladies of EB, and I wish Alex well, she has lost my business, I decided to move on.

Best spinners I know are Drew and Kaiyanna of simplydivine.org.  They do incall which is very convenient.

I don't use EB as I have security concerns, but I understand the ladies are good, and repeat clients sing praises.
