You are welcomed to send references now, and get pre-qualified in order to allow last minute opportunities that may arise for you. In this case the special rates will apply to you if you have been pre-qualified, and I can see you with short notice.
On demand or "johnny on the spot" clients will not be offered special rates and should refer to my website for expected donations. If I can arrange a date without prior scheduling, be prepared to help me verify you via internet, googling or something easy to find. References usually need a a few hours to get back to me, so on demand fellas need to keep that in mind.
