I have seen many many ladies in incals and have always given the donation at the end of the appointment. I leave it either on the bathroom counter or front table in  plain white envelope.

However, I have read some reviews where the guy mentions "we got the donation out of the way first" in the review.

Before? after?  Should it be counted?

I know there are times when guys stiff (pun NOT intended) a lady and this is abhorrent. I also know there are times when the lady will upsale or even walk out with the donation.

So what's everyone's opinion, experience?

When is it ok to give at the end and when it is ok to give at the first?

........are happy for the donation to be made at the end of an appointment. First of all, there is a matter of safety for both parties when it is a first time rendezvous and by waiting until the end there is never any discussion of a link between the donation and the time spent together. Secondly, it provides a more comfortable opportunity for acknowledging superior service with an extra gratuity all in the delivery of the same envelope. Of course, if a lady has been burned a few times, she might not be so trusting. However, IMHO the ladies who truly enjoy what they do and are especially good at placing smiles on our faces are comfortable waiting until just before the good-bye kiss.
