I read doey's post and was curious the leagals and issues with making a porno movie that I could take with me after the session...can that happen?  

Before you take any film or pics with you... of anyone... get a model release signed.  She should do the same for those who would take her up on her offer.  Especially if she records the video herself rather than just transmitting it out on a video chat, face included or not!
All may be well to begin with, but later on a verbal contract will put an injured party whoever it is and for whatever reason, at risk!
Money can be made off of things like this and greed can make this all very ugly.  Just to consent for now might seem OK... but later on... well you get the picture, so to speak.

I am no legal eagle but that is my area of "study" and I would first make sure you have the only copy. Second if you publish it without her permission you can expect a lawsuit if she so chooses! Play carefully.

What about the other way around?  Read Doey's post??? She says she has a web cam...does that record...

I have a cam myself, but to my knowledge all it can do is transmit. Wait I take that back it can record, I set it up once to monitor my cat while I was out for the day. Did it work? Dunno never took the time to check, but I did set it up to record. So just becareful. Someone could be recording you and you not even be aware of it.

Yes the past couple of months have been strange! My folks know what I do and are not all that pleased but now it is out in the open. I explained to them why legal action against me would be fruitless and a waste of their money. That coupled with the fact I am not doing anything illegal, well I have not been served any papers as of yet.
