There was the Power Exchange, but they closed down their location on Otis Street and relocated somewhere in the Tenderloin (a pretty crappy - somewhat dangerous area of SF - avoid otherwise).

Last that I read, they were shut down in the new location for not having the proper permits.  So I;m not sure if that's an option.

Look up the Society of Janus, a S&M/Dom/Sub group.  They're more of a club and I don't think they have a set premises to play in - it just may be some occasional house parties.

There was another group called QSM in San Francisco.  They used to have classes on such things as rope bondage, and even fisting ( that was a blast) - not sure if they are around.

Lastly, if you want a GB or swinger experience, there are various house parties on a semi regular basis but no one premises clubs, like there are in SoCal and Florida.

If I were to be in town, I would have loved to have played tour guide, but I'll be down south this weekend.  Say hello to your sister.
