for what purpose? without knowing specifics, I would say Union Square is most convenient for most things.

agree with everyone that Union Square is the most convenient place to be, but I actually wouldn't get that hung up on it. San Francisco is a pretty small place - 8 miles on a side, give or take - so as long as you are somewhere nice/reasonable I don't think it makes that huge a difference.

However, if you are planning on being here for more than a day or two I'd consider also spending a day or two at
- SFO - it's really convenient to all the communities outside SF that people use to community to The City and Silicon Valley
- San Jose. It's 90 minutes form The City at rush hour, less other times. But it now has a bigger population then SF and has some really affluent pockets
- East Bay (maybe). This is less of a priority, but you'd make yourself convenient to Berkeley/Oakland and all the other East Bay communities.

Have a great tour!!

It makes a BIG difference. If you include the people who live and work here , there are over a million people on any given weekday. The area from Union Square to Soma is where most are at work. The population density and affluence is what makes it a lucrative area. In most cases the ladies are a block or two from a downtown Bart station.

San Jose has pockets of affluence and a large population thanks to the Silicon Valley. Nobody from San Francisco visits there so a girl has to make it on those people alone.

SFO is not that convenient to San Francisco due to the traffic and public transportation is not as good.

East Bay has some horrible areas, LE activity and Oakland is a city that nobody with any sense visits.

Bottom line: An escort can make the most money in San Francisco proper or San Jose/Silicon Valley. If you are visiting from out of town there is not much to see in San Jose.

So, that brings us back to San Francisco
