...can know you are a provider is to post as you have been doing plus post a photo on the photo only board. You don't have to link to anything to do that. Before this Fosta/ Sesta business I would have added post an ad on your local TER ad board but that's no longer possible. When anyone joins TER they are a basic member until they buy VIP, or earn VIP, or in the case of providers they can get the free limited Provider VIP once they get a review. It only takes one review to get the free Provider VIP.  

 
You may have indicated you were a provider when you signed up for TER but until you get a review and link your handle to the profile you get (you'll get your TER ID # then too) when you get reviewed you membership won't be any different from anyone else. If you want you can pay for VIP until you get reviewed.

I want to post pictures only and I didn’t see any way to open a new thread or to upload a picture or to start a new thread or to add a picture I have not a clue

...Photo Board. Click on the Thread by Board Admin posted 18 hours ago. It says Post Your Photos ("post reply"). When it opens look to the right and click on Actions. When it opens click on Reply. Your handle will be in one field. Just under it you put your subject and just under that you put the url of the photo you want to post.  Then click Post Message and your photo will be posted. Your photos have to be on a hosting site like imagecoast.com so they will have a url. You can't post photos by downloading from your computer or phone.

 
 The guidelines for posting photos are in the Message Board Policies. That link is on the upper right of the message boards. I've placed a link at the bottom of this post for you. When you open it scroll down to the Photo Board section. Not photo theme days but Photo board.
