Just curious about the differences between the two which one is more reliable secure, safe, discreet.

Bitcoins digital currency, universal use with any transactions ?

Titcoins crypto-currency, mostly used by the adult entertainment industries ?

I'm a bit fan of bitcoin. It's more general purpose and more well known when you're offering it or asking for it. I actually wrote a couple tutorials for providers and have been tapped to write a couple more (I've got one going up on slixa soon.)

I actually paid for my whole year subscription to TER in bitcoin and I think it went great.

I've always loved the idea of crypto-currencies!

I've been asked in PM a couple times about bitcoin tutorials. I wrote the one linked below up right after the Backpage thing happened, but I have to say I no longer recommend Coinbase - I prefer Mycelium or Airbitz. They've got better security and less history of policing payments.
