I can't say I'm an expert, in fact I'm a noob. Can anyone recommend a good provider for a first time GFE who's friendly and understanding?

There should be dozens if not hundreds!  Any other criteria to fit your proclivities?  Young, Milfy?  Asian, Chocolate, Blonde, busty, spinner, tiny, tall ... ?  Or is it really just living, breathing, friendly, understanding (understanding what?) and GFE?  Money no object?  Or on a particular budget?

Given the noob-ness, you're likely going to need to go the extra mile with respect to providing reference material.

Debbie (TER ID: 1500) is a GREAT Athlete MILF ... ooooh, wonderful.
Madison (TER ID: 2890) is classy, sweet, a darlin' I could fall for.

PLEASE go to the newbie board and learn etiquette.  For instance, cancelations on the same day are only cool once.   Sending over 100 texts in 7 days is totally inappropriate..  LOL

I took a chance on a newbie a few weeks ago and what a damn disaster that turned out to be!    

It's a lot of fun and the search functions here are awesome, but do your research and please follow etiquette.  We are not here to be your poodles or your girlfriend.  just the EXPERIENCE...
