It probably works for you because your browser is setup to automatically login when you view the pages.  

For the rest of us, we get prompted to login with a userid/password when trying to view certain parts of your site.

The tribute page seems to display now even after not supplying login information.

If you like, I can e-mail you some screenshots that you can forward to your webmaster.  Or, you can send me a PM and we can arrange for me to contact your webmaster directly about this.
